It's MolDOvia, Mr. President.
On C-span, he is sitting with the PM of Moldovia. In his intro, he called it Moldovia, Moldavia and finally Rumania.

1. He's a dummy, and he'll never, never, be any good!
(to the tune of "He's a Rebel")

See the way he stomps down the street
Watch the way he shuffles his feet
How he loves to act so sly
When he goes walking by-y-y-y-y-y
He looks high

When he talks, so stupid and loud
We just want to hide in the crowd
I bet he's always the one
To say the things that are so dumb
and just because of that they will say -- Hey!

He's a dummy and he'll never ever be - any good
He's a dummy 'cos he never ever does - what he should
And just because he doesn't do what - everybody else does
That's no reason why I can't smack him with a boxing glove!

He is always bad to us, treats us like infected pus
He's not a smarty, no-no-no
He's not a smarty, no-no-no - you seee....eeeee...eeeee

3. Um, actually, it's Moldova
Moldova was one of the 15 republics of the old USSR. And, while calling them Rumanians is technically incorrect, the Moldovan people are, ethnically, closer to Romanian than anything else.

6. Moldava is the Rumanian name
but we "enlightened ones" in the West rightfully know it as Moldavia.

4. In case you are wondering why

Fearless Leader would pay so much attention to a breakaway Romanian province. Besides being one of the major conduits for human traffickers and drugs, Moldova is an alternate route for a pipeline, now that things are heating up to the South......

There is very little law there. It's like the old West.
