12. Overwhelmingly, they are white, but

remember the snipers in the DC area a few years ago, two Black men. There is also a couple of serial killers at loose now in Phoenix and from sketches at least one maybe Hispanic. We have a serial killer on the loose now in Houston and he's Black. Also, in the past 10 years, there have been over 100 women killed on the Texas/Mexico border and it seems to be one or more serial killers and he/they could very well be Hispanic. But of course, you're right........serial killers seem to be overwhelmingly white.

There is another thought........maybe there have been a lot of Black on Black serial killers and Hispanic on Hispanic serial killers, but the law doesn't give as much attention to the occasional Black or Hispanic victim piling up in some neighborhoods. That's a frightening idea, and if true, shameful!!!
