Sympathy. Sympathy. Has our country lost that in addition to empathy? |
|
I don't know this nation, anymore. I know the people around me. But, this nation,...is a dark stranger without sympathy or empathy, let alone compassion or forgiveness or a drive to heal rather than hurt/oppress.
I have no nation. I do have comradely and friendship,...but, no nation.

freaking sad isn't it? I hardly recognize it, even some long time friends have become influenced by the us against them.
I can't imagine a life without compassion or empathy, seems mighty lonely and angry.

The United States of Amnesia couldn't remember what happened YESTERDAY. Most couldn't remember what they had for breakfast yesterday.
