They lived and breathed oil. They knew about the oil reserves by the Caspian Sea. They were knowledgeable about the oil reserves around Mosul and Kirkuk. Early one morning, Cheney called a meeting with some Big Oil people to discuss some strategy. But it was discovered, so he took it to the Supreme Court, rather than divulge the names that attended his energy meeting. They dreamed about getting their greedy paws on some of those fantastic oil fields around the world. Then they stole the White House in 2000 and the rest is history...
