By what means would the U.S. be able to have Al-Zawahiri's DNA |
|
on file? Yes, I know that they would be able to prove he died by getting a DNA sample from a family member, but what is the likelihood of that as well? It's just that every time I hear this (I believe they said this about Bin Laden as well), it just sounds phony me. I'm at the point of questioning just about every bit of news I hear, and I know that if the U.S. wanted to announce that they had killed Al-Zawahiri, they would bring up the DNA thing, and in my opinion, it doesn't ring true!

3. I have wondered that, as well--how likely is it that members of the |
|
families would just willingly hand over DNA samples to THIS admin? shows the level of contempt they have for our intelligence.

7. Oh, I'm sure CIA is capable of kidnapping a family member |
|
or two and extracting DNA from them.

5. I heard this morning - we have his brother in custody somewhere |
|
NPR reported Zawahiri's brother is in custody and we have obtained his DNA. So - they'll try to match what they find with the brother's.

...supposedly his brother is in a jail in Egypt. That's where they collected the DNA.

Don't all those guys work for Cheney's private army?
Kinda hard to tell, since no one benefits from this war more.
