Does anyone have any information on responsible consumerism?
Edited on Wed Jan-18-06 02:43 PM by baby_mouse
I think a lot of us need to have a look at our spending habits more closely. I boycott Walker's Crisps and Nestle and encourage other people to do the same thing, also will be changing banks soon...

I vaguely recall a site that someone linked to here once that had a comprehensive list of unethical manufacturers. I have almost not information about this and could easily propagate it among work colleagues / friends, etc. Word of mouth matters...

We need to BLEED these people...

3. I just got a reminder to not use Amazon!
It's so easy to forget which companies are blue or red.
We should have more reminders of companies that support Dem causes so we can buy from them.

8. Super! I was in Scotland in 2004. Really liked the northern areas, but
don't think I could live there because my pension would be drastically cut by the conversion rate!
