Can anyone access any Syrian newspapers online?

I'm talking about those not owned by Western interests.

The Syrian Times used to be available (their English version), but now I can't seem to get it to come up. And my Google won't translate their web page for me.

In the link I provided it's:

In the link the poster above provided it's listed as:

www.teshreen.com/syriatimes/

When I tried the last one it didn't work for me either.
