"If we pull out the troops, there will be a civil war." |
|
Edited on Sun Jul-30-06 08:55 AM by DistressedAmerican
Anyone that ever uttered those words was a fucking idiot. I mean of epic proportions.
Thank God we didn't pull our troops out! There would have been a civil war! /sarcasm
Now we need to get the hell out. There are no more excuses at all. We lost before we went in. They will decide through bloodshed who runs the country or of they will be a country at all. We can do nothing to influcence that fact. Nothing we have done to date has influenced it.
Anyone that ever supported going in was a moron. a dupe or a fascist. Many were all of the above. No one easier to dupe into war than a moronic fascist. :puke:

It's already a fait accompli, thanks to our troops being there and an utterly incompetent admin.

2. In full swing with our troops there as shooting galley ducks. |

Anyone that ever believed our being there would prevent this inevitable outcome has NO excuse.

3. Kerry has warned against "premature withdrawal" which, frankly, sounds |
|
like a problem he might be experiencing in his marital life. In any case, there are only a handful of Democratic Party elected officials who call for immediate withdraw from Iraq. Are you saying the rest are morons? BTW, the ones opposing immediate withdrawal are also the ones who are opposing that an immediate cease-fire in Lebanon. Are you going to call them morons for that, too?

8. I Don't Think Its Idiotic At All |
|
Nor do I care if it is accruate or not.
I simply do not care what sort of war Iraq has. What I care about is our involvement in whatever sort of war Iraq has. I want our involvement ended, let Iraq have any kind of war it likes.

9. Your post implies that they're/we're in Iraq for the sake of the Iraqis. |
|
I think that's an example of "drinking the kool-aid".
