1. The assumptions are rather thick on the ground recently. |
|
I try to watch where I step but I keep having to scrape them off my shoes, and some explode and splatter everything.
And the assumptions dripping from the ceiling ...
Yick.

I'm so sorry. I have no more cable news. I am dying here. This is torture. I can barely get MSNBC, looks like a blizzard. I used to be able to hear it but there is no sound. I fear turning into a 'murikan' with no news like this.
I want tv on demand through my computer NOW!.

now that is a another creditable source. funny how all this info is breaking today on the major news networks while the un is voting and the usa is going to allow 14 more days of carnage on both sides. if the idf and the americans think that they can break the Lebanese people i suggest that they have forgotten the lesson of viet nam and several other wars in the last 60 years. i take it the syrians have big letters on their shirts saying--"visit damascus"

8. What I saw was military pundit who was speculating, not a MSNBC news |
|
report. A military pundit pulling stuff out of his ass is not the same as "MSNBC reporting."

12. The majority of cable news is an opinion or speculation |
|
so pointing that out would be redundant.

was the pundit challenged at all?
"Are you pulling stuff outta yer ass, Mr. Pundit?"
if the 'reporter' allowed this to go unchallenged and without proof, they may as well have said this themselves. That's the way it works and is meant.
btw, Syria knows it's in the crosshairs, so would this really be so unbelievable? ... the famous 'fight them over there so we don't have to fight them over here' thing...
