Why do you think that is? WHO Do you think might be leading this "international force"?
Do they mean UN? Or someone else? The leader(s) of the Iraqi scandal?

I haven't been keeping up with "news" reports, mostly just DU. So I'm very vague on exactly what this plan is, but if the neocons came up with it, it can't be good. Peace keeping? Who they gonna kill? Questions remain.
