I am so outraged and sick of this
Why must we have to go through this again ? could they not have let the baby boomers live what's left of their ives the hell alone?

I hear all about what we are leaving behind for the children and I do understand this but where are the children who are old enough to keep in touch , the ones who should know what is going on where is there fight and revolt to overthrough this fake facist government and protest this war and occupation .

This is much like the 60's all over again for me , it's the same feeling of death and war machines but without a real press to cover it , all the more reason for protests regardless of the coverage on the insane right wing news shows .

There was this huge input about rock the vote in the 90's and it worked and now we seem to be held in a transe or frozen by fear sorting through all the obvious lies which are all right out in the open if you applied a bit of common sense .

We sit here on a flimsey paper thin hope of voting to save us from hell . I sit here going over all of this crap and all you need to know is either they completely ignored the threats to attack the towers and all defense was out of town or you can go further and say they planned this entire thing , whatever your thought's are everything that has happened since that day is directly related to this attack , if it had not been allowed to happen then we would be going on with our lives just like before we entered this hell on earth .

I tell you we are in some sort of blind faith or a hypnotic state that hovers over all of us or we would react and over react and react again until we ended this horror .

When they ask , who will speak for me they have certainly got that right , no one is the answer .

1. that might be the biggest heartache for me
out of all this - the obvious apathy of so many americans to what is going on. it's like living on a foreign planet. i guess it shouldn't come as any surprise that so many of the young ones are staying out of i - they've been raised in a material cocoon of comfort. i agree with your sentiments, blues90.

2. When I was young I fought with the government
Looks like I'll be going out fighting with the government and for the constitution. Maybe that's the way it should be. For some reason I and probably many others let down our guards for a while and evil filled in the vacuum.
So I have learned my lesson. Vigilant now to the end. And most importantly, teaching my kids that vigilance is an everyday chore else your government will be stolen.

5. Idiot Reagan tried unsuccessfully to turn the clock back to 1958
Idiot Bush has succeeded in turning the clock back to 1968.

6. I hear you. Mostly I'm just so sick and tired of this country
fighting everything and everyone. War this and war that. According to my age, the US has averaged one war a decade......

This is crazy. People haven't started these wars. The elites have and we have paid the price.

11. It's like Deja Vu all over again
DEJA VU (ALL OVER AGAIN)

Did you hear 'em talkin' 'bout it on the radio
Did you try to read the writing on the wall
Did that voice inside you say I've heard it all before
It's like Deja Vu all over again

Day by day I hear the voices rising
Started with a whisper like it did before
Day by day we count the dead and dying
Ship the bodies home while the networks all keep score

Did you hear 'em talkin' 'bout it on the radio
Could your eyes believe the writing on the wall
Did that voice inside you say I've heard it all before
It's like Deja Vu all over again

One by one I see the old ghosts rising
Stumblin' 'cross Big Muddy
Where the light gets dim
Day after day another Momma's crying
She's lost her precious child
To a war that has no end

Did you hear 'em talkin' 'bout it on the radio
Did you stop to read the writing at The Wall
Did that voice inside you say
I've seen this all before
It's like Deja Vu all over again
It's like Deja Vu all over again
