War fever wins elections
http://www.commondreams.org/views06/0730-26.htm

Not since Colin Powell's grotesque lies to the UN about Iraq has American diplomacy so debased itself. Small wonder hatred for America is surging across the Muslim world.

Americans, steeped in deep ignorance and prejudice about the Mideast, are now being misled by the administration and its media allies that Lebanon is a new front in the so-called war on terrorism. As I recently learned doing radio shows across the U.S., a great many Americans cannot distinguish between Hezbollah, al-Qaida, Taliban, the PLO, Hamas, etc. All are terrorists. Listeners even called in to ask if the fighting in Lebanon was the prelude to Armageddon.

Attacking Hezbollah also serves as the long-predicted (by this column) "November surprise" to boost sagging Republican fortunes in U.S. mid-term elections

2. Simple minded bush took wrong step after 911
Common sense thrown out of window for his ego
This guy always a loser but hey see himself as a success.
Wonders of wonders he create so must shits.

November is going to be tough
Bushco cannot afford to lose.
They are desperate people and now got back against wall
The only thing saving them from punishment for all the wrong they did is that they in control of the US goverment.

They know and they will fight for their life.
As November grow nearer they will get more desparate
I think people in America want changes
But I also think that they in for rude awakening
The myth that it cannot happen in US is going to be shatter big time.
What the people want does not matter to bushco
And I do not think there is really a limit to him for getting what he wants
He do anything so that he will remain in power.

Frankly he just steal the whole damn election
Blantantly if he has to
He already done that twice
Of course then and now very different
This time round the people very angry
So this time round maybe we see martial law in the US.

6. The only quarrel I have with what you say
is your assertion that Bush is simple-minded. I think he is evil, not merely stupid. Everything he did since 9-11 has succeeded in tightening his grip on power, at home and abroad.

4. Colin Powell has murdered more people than Bin Laden did.
He has soiled an honorable uniform.
