Randi Rhodes has been cookin' this week. Yesterday she |
|
played Al Gore's speech on Monday sentence by sentence and fleshed out his points with names, dates, places and times for each of his allegations of Bush's lawlessness.
Today, she step by step is proving that Abramoff knew everyone in Washington, who claims to have not known him, including trips to Crawford to meet with Bush. She has exposed the whole "K" Street project corruption and again puts her sources where her mouth is.
Oh, and on Monday she had a wonderful tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr., and those civil rights activitists who put their lives on the line to end racism in our country. I'm afraid we still have a long way to go on this one.
Randi, you deserve all the praise and honors that anyone can throw your way. For anyone who has missed her, it's worth your while to listen to the recordings that are offered on line.

3. As a former teacher, I know she does her homework. . . |
|
because for every point she makes, Randi has even anticipated the counterpoint. . .makes her far more prepared than most radio hosts.
Her delivery is at the common-denominator level, too, which makes for easy listening.
Finally, she's gotten better on the give-and-take with callers. . .less talking over them.
Randi, you're doin' a heck uv a job!
Randi and Malloy are my daily mainstay during this national nightmare under Bush Co. :yourock:

4. She is a superb teacher |

I like to listen to Randy while driving my 80+ mom to the doctor's office.
By the time she listens to Randi, mom understands all the political issues of the day.
She can really break things down.
Love her.
