1. I had to vote in the minority
I have 2 great senators and an EXCELLENT representative. I think they're acting in the best interests of the country.

3. The poll was not about your two senators.
It was about congress. Thanks, anyway--I wondered how in the hell 8% of the voters could think congress was acting in the interests of the country. Now I know.

8. That Isn't How I Read It
Do you believe your congressman and senator are:
Acting in the national interest

You could easily be confused on that wording. I voted with the lobbying, but I can see why someone would vote otherwise. JAT

5. It's good to know that. My state's reps belonged to MBNA. Even
Biden's son had a well-paid "consulting" position with them.

And Carper was a sponsor for the crushing new bankruptcy bill!

Banking pretty much owns Delaware.

(But it used to be the DuPont and chemical companies.)

12. well...I really like my representation...
but could not in good conscience vote that they act in my interest. If that were the case...we could not be where we are.

13. Gee I,m so confused.
I lobby for issues that our supposed to be on our side. Stem cell research, lower health care costs, and parkinsons research. I dont know what button to push because they never seem to agree with me.
