WORST EVER SECURITY FLAW FOUND IN DIEBOLD TS VOTING MACHINE
WORST EVER SECURITY FLAW FOUND IN DIEBOLD TS VOTING MACHINE

http://openvotingfoundation.org/

"Upon examining the inner workings of one of the most popular paperless touch screen voting machines used in public elections in the United States, it has been determined that with the flip of a single switch inside, the machine can behave in a completely different manner compared to the tested and certified version."

Complete, with photos!

1. That must be why republicans take them home. It's a lot easier
to get to the inside of the machines in the privacy of their homes.

2. Please don't call this a "flaw," as it's not
A flaw would be...oh, I don't know, something random like having the machine throw the election to the Republicans if the Democrat received less than 56.6 percent of the vote...but only half the time.

This is not a flaw. The machine was specifically engineered this way.

Call it a "security hazard," an "invitation to fraud," or whatever you like...but never, ever call something someone did on purpose a flaw.

You are so right!

3. Diebold Manual Step One
At 5:45 am, fifteen minutes before the poll officially opens, looking inside machine and flip the switch to the "ON" position as shown in diagram. This ensures the machine will be warmed up and ready for operations when the poll opens. NOTE: At the end of the day once polling place closes, this switch must be returned to it's original position.

4. these are made by extremely qualified and knowledgeable people.
it is no accident. they were designed to steal elections and laws have been passed to facilitate and cover up the crime.
these people and many members of our government have been collaberating on a coup against the US population for years.

8. Good going. What you need to do is find someone who
knows a reporter and get *them* to call Cox. :hi:

Also send it to your county clerk, mayor, Governor, Att General, local and state Democratic party. Make sure Ms Cox knows you have alerted everyone you can.

16. That's a bit of a problem. All of them are up for election in Nov.
Cathy Cox will be out of a job because she ran for Gov but lost in the primary. There's going to be a new AG, the current Gov got into office (I'm convinced) BY USING these evoting machines, and he's running for re-election.

I did send a copy to the local Dem Party, so maybe they can help.

12. could have just asked Clint Curtis.
He is on record, swearing under oath that he designed a prototype and handed it off to Rep. Tom Feeney of Florida shortly before the 2000 elections.

There's a header clearly labelled "printer power" in this picture

I bet these PC boards are the same thing they use in ATMs.

17. Our biggest county uses the TSx, not the TS. I'm still not
that happy with that. It's one of the few places in Kentucky that can be counted on to vote Democratic.
