Update on Atlanta building evacuation.
It turned out to be a fake bomb. The LBN thread was locked, but I thought the "rest of the story" was interesting.

The package turned out to be a prop to be used in an advertisement, not a live explosive, said Atlanta Fire Depaztment Capt. Byron Kennedy. The all-clear call was issued around 1 p.m., he said.

Atlanta police Sgt. Kevin Iosty says the "suspicious item" turned out to be a prop used by one of the advertising agencies in the building. The package contained eight cylinders wrapped in red with the word "dynamite" printed in black on the side of each, he said. The sticks were wrapped in tape and attached to a timer.

Iosty did not identify the advertising agency or say how the prop ended up in a vacant office on the 22nd floor of the 24-story building.

4. When is the last time
you saw a stick of dynamite with the word "dynamite" printed on it? Dupont, yes. Another Homeland Security boob with no experience or common sense.
