What kind of doublespeak is this on CNN?
Condi is meeting with Bush to report on the prospects of a cease-fire in the Middle East. OK.

But Bush has refused to call for a cease fire calling what's happening "an opportunity"; Condi WAS refusing to call for a cease fire (now I don't know what she's calling for); and Cheney meets with Netanyahu in June and gives Israel a green light to move against Hezbollah.

Um...Who is on what page here? What the hell passes for our policy in this matter?

1. Not doublespeak
It's blatant warmongering.

They don't care about people in America, why would we expect them to care about people in the middle east?

5. The number one priority... oil
Number two, do whatever it takes to get oil... number three, kill however many it takes to get more oil... and so on...

They know it's running out.

7. I think it goes to show how out of it these goofs are
they were totally clueless when 9-11 happened, and they were totally clueless when this happened too. Where the f#$% were our alleged intelligence agencies that are supposed to give us a "heads up" on these things? Why are we giving them the money we're giving them?

And isn't Israel an ally? They didn't let us know what they were going to do before they did it? So we could have some kind of response prepared??

The more I see of W and his bunch, the more uneasy I become. :hide:
