Left Wing Media and "ratings"...
If it's "all about the ratings", then why has their never been a public acknowledgement that Mohammad Atta lived a flamboyant lifestyle in Florida while attending Rudi Dekker's (Jeb Bush donor) flight school.

Hell, Atta's American mistress, Amanda Keller, even GAVE AN INTERVIEW with an intrepid reporter named Daniel Hopsicker.

Hopsicker is anathema to the whore coporate media. His integrity is too dangerous to them.

Here's a link of Hopsicker's interview with Keller...

PS Can you imagine the headlines for CNN?

Live on KLarry King! The terrorist's girlfriend speaks! Lust! Drugs! Sex parties! International intrigue!

Larry King only does what his handlers allow him to.

Don't insult our intelligence CNN!

Why don't they go after Neil Bush like they went after Billy Carter, Roger Clinton or Hugh Rodham?

LEFT WING MEDIA???

My ass.

1. you have to realize they don't care
idiot King is rich, they all are, they sold themselves to the devil long ago. In the US if a journalist attempts to tell the truth. You will find him with 2 shots to the head and a suicide note.

2. Because it's bullshit. The ratings suck and they don't care.
All the sex, Michael Jackson, and non-Republican-politician-related missing white women they can show don't make people want to watch. And why should they? Reality shows and Desperate Housewives provide better entertainment. Cable news shows get lower ratings than sitcom reruns on TV Land. The nightly network newcasts have abyssmally low ratings as well. Remember years ago when EVERYONE gathered around the TV to watch Cronkite, Brinkley, or Rather? When 60 Minutes was the perennial no. 1 show? They've deliberately abdicated their responsibility to bring the public impartial and comprehensive coverage of events and issues. They are obeying their corporo-fascist masters. It doesn't matter how many people watch the propaganda just so long as the Official Lie gets out there. Frankly, I think they'd be perfectly content to do away with news entirely. Why go through the hassle of making "news-like" shit up? Just give 'em snack food, X-Box, and Jeebus.

But yeah, that stuff about the hijackers and Neil Bush would DEFINITELY pique the interest of the American public. But it's not Democrats so of course we're not going to hear about it....:grr:
