Where is the outrage about this "Plantation"?

I assume there are many such developments in the South that use the word "Plantation" in their name without fear of rightwing boycotts and fake indignation. I'd be willing to bet some repukes even live in this community and others like it. Bunch of goddamned hypocrites.

The developers clearly seem pretty free about tossing the word "plantation" around like it's no big deal. Just wondering if this kind of place name sparks the kind of negative reaction that Hillary's comment did. I think not.

6. Thanks, I'm in NC and I
think there is a "plantation named community" on the coast. I'll check it out.

5. "Plantation" is just a word for a culivated area ---they have
coffee plantations in Brazil and Africa.

No big deal.
