3. When you have a President who pisses on the Constitution


and considers it "just a GD piece of paper", it is apparent that Constitutional Rights are not going to be held in high esteem by the Administration. If he has his way, by the end of his term we will no longer have any Constitutional Rights, other than the right to bear arms and to be a Christian.

4. The Constitution & Congress are such inconveniences...
It's hard for a president to get anything done with all the silly checks & balances our founding fathers put in the way.

that all Men are created Equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness - That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Simple, isn't it ? Subversive, too.

While this doesn't speak to removing individuals who are corrupting a perfectly valid form of government (i.e. the people in power are the problem rather than the formal structure of power itself) the Constitution does.

I think it's a high crime and misdemeanor to hand over control of US foreign policy to a PAC for a foreign political party, and to violate the law that says

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated...
