7. Our Democrats have their "Point-men" so to speak

who can go off and slam the repugs. Reid has to watch his back and dance the dance so he can be effective. He comes on strong when it works for us without jeopardizing his position. It's the only way. Run for a political office or become a Legislative Liaison for an organization and you will see how the "chess game" works.

11. You know, I think he is so bad that they should just say NO

I mean I am a relatively well off white male so he is OK for me personally. Bad for my politics, but not so bad for my financial world and my rights. If I was a woman I'd be absolutely berserk! I am crazed by what he stands for I am an advocate of Jefferson and Madison so I hate the Federalists! I am less than impressed with Sammy, I mean he is definitely a bright boy, but...

I want Harry to jump up & down and scream NO, NO, NO! Not very dignified perhaps, but it leaves absolutely no doubt as to where the Democratic caucus stands either. Nuclear option be damned!

13. Did you happen to listen to the "Ethics and Honesty Package"

news conference yesterday by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi? It was on C-Span......I heard Howard Dean in-person yesterday give a speech and sign the Petition at the Ohio Statehouse. You see, they have a plan and are 100% aware of the grave situation this crime family has place America.

One has to realize that screaming and stomping is not productive. Many of the voters in America don't even know the difference between the House and the Senate or Democrat vs Republican. How many times have you heard someone say, "I vote for the person I trust"......see....they will only view the screaming and stomping as a tantrum.....since the media will play it that way.

I'm 54 & I still like to rant & rave. What can I say? Moderation has never been my strong suit, I have always greatly admired those who are calm, cool and collected & aspired to be one of their number. At this point of my life I have also realized I never will be!

I have sent more than PM apologizing for an ill-considered post here. I can be quite a fool (he said, abashedly), I like to think of myself as "passionate".

18. I use to have the same dominate

character defect. I was able to shall we say, "evolve" and not show my true colours by having to interact with republicans at the Ohio State House. As a Legislative Liaison for Nurses, we have to wear our "Nurses Cap" and not our "Party Hat" when advocating for health care issues. I do this for the greater good.... I've attended several repug fundraisers, looked eye to eye with the republican Speaker of the House, who represents my district and is at these Meet & Greet things....( he has cold dead eyes by the way)....I gained insight and networking skills as a direct result of this experience.

It is a struggle and I had to emotionally prepare and focus when in such an environment. It has gotten easier since I have garnered respect in the repug camp with my "Nurse Cap" on so to speak. I sell myself as their expert....and give them honest feedback. I did so because It does no good for the cause to alienate those who pull all the strings.......

19. To be fair.....

some are reactionary but many have a Sleeper" agenda. I'm convinced of that. DU is mentioned in the media fairly often now and is a terrific catalysis site for spreading havoc if they desire. If you begin to wonder about why such a post was put into play......then go on your first instinct....They know we are tired thus they increase their passive-aggressive posts.

Try and develop your own reply strategy which would defocus the posters agenda.
