If Frist & DeLay had day traders working out of their offices ..
and those offices are government funded would a record of all the trades they made be available under the freedom of information act?

4. the real question is whose money were they playing with?
campaign funds? congresscritters' personal wealth? slush funds?
or were they running a hedge fund for favored supporters?
