We have to keep this in mind: we can't be just generally angry at the American people. They're trying their damnedest to get the criminals out of office. They never put them in in the first place.

The leaders deserve the blame if anybody, and they deserve it not just for their pusillanimity and spinelessness, but for their unwillingness to investigate the facts, which are so obvious the pols can't make a move without bumping into another one wherever they go nowadays. Their closets are full of glitched elections, voting machine pajama parties, whistleblowers, etc. etc. etc.

I'm not sure how well I'd do if I were in a position where I could make a difference. I'd like to think I would at least assess the problem correctly like Lou Dobbs and RFK Jr. and make a noise. But how these guys in Congress can just continue to bloviate when we don't have a democracy anymore by any definition would just be hilarious if it weren't so serious. When the vote is counted by private corps in total secrecy without a hint of verification, this defines something but it doesn't define a democracy.

But we have to quit blaming the American people.
