Subject : RE: The Liberation of the U.S. dollar in Iraq:
This is the (typical) response to an email that I recieved from my father after sending him an article from: http://www.teamliberty.net/id199.html "The Liberation of the US dollar in Iraq:"

A very interesting scenario already predicted in the Bible in the Book of Revelation. Just one more reason to believe the Bible is God's Word because only HE would know this would come about.

It speaks of a time when a full weeks wages will be needed just to buy a loaf of bread. And that in order to buy or sell you need to take the mark on your hand or forehead. All technology that is on the forefront and is available today as we speak, just NOT yet implemented. How else can you make identity theft non-existent. It's coming! That's why I am concerned for you and Sarah and Gwen's eternal future. Because there is going to be a time of tribulation that this world has never seen or will ever see again. I don't want you to have to suffer through that! This life is SO temporal and God has something so much greater for us in Heaven. But YOU have to make the choice for HIM. HE will NOT force Himself on you. That's what LOVE is ALL about. The Choices we make and God LOves you SO MUCH that HE wants YOU to CHOOSE HIM.BUt HE wants you to choose HIM because of LOVE. That's why Christ came as God's son. To free us from the Second death, where our eternal souls will rest with Him in heaven and where we will one day be given an incorrutible body which will be free from disease and pain. You talk about a utopian society, to me that's it!

Read the Book of Revelation, it's the last book in the Bible. It tells about what is to come and I fear that much of what is there willl come to pass soon.

I LOVE YOU!! Thanks for the article, very thought provoking!!

Dad

Anyone else have family member(s) that retort to EVERY article you send them in an attempt to convert you? I've been trying to help my father see the problem with voting Republican for three years now, and this is the response that I recieve EVERY time. It's almost gotten to the point where these are form letters (responses).

2. The book of revelation is a farce
It was written by someone unknown, much later than the Gospels. The pseudynm was John, but the style of greek was different and the theology was different than the John who wrote the Gospel according to John. In addition, during the council of Nicea in 367 AD? had hotly contested including this book into the Bible (because of its theology being so different than the new testament Gospels). Many suggest that the anti-Christ written about was likely Nero Caesar (because of the timing and numerology interpretations).

I wish people would study their history. The Bible did not come out of thin air and is NOT the word of God. Last I checked, God was not in physical form and could not hold a pen. And as always, humans put their own spin on it. That's why its okay in the old testament to own slaves and stone people to death.

Its time to objectively examine the origing of the Good Book.
