Bush Didn't know of the two Islam factions in Iraq - Shia and Sunni:RAW

Although it seems like a fragment, this is one of those pieces of evidence that explains the larger picture in exquisite detail. If * didn’t know that there were Sunni’s and Shias then he didn’t know anything; he didn’t know about the British creation of Iraq; he didn’t know the nature of the fundamental conflict between Sunni and Shia Moslems in the Middle East since it is largely played out in Iraq; he didn’t know squat. We are so screwed. Thank you James Baker, Katherine Harris, Kenneth Blackwell, Jeb Bush, and all the other “election helpers” for installing this stunner as our “chief.”

Former Ambassador to Croatia Peter Galbraith is claiming President George W. Bush was unaware that there were two major sects of Islam just two months before the President ordered troops to invade Iraq, RAW STORY has learned.

In his new book, The End of Iraq: How American Incompetence Created A War Without End, Galbraith, the son of the late economist John Kenneth Galbraith, claims that American leadership knew very little about the nature of Iraqi society and the problems it would face after the overthrow of Saddam Hussein.

A year after his “Axis of Evil” speech before the U.S. Congress, President Bush met with three Iraqi Americans, one of whom became postwar Iraq’s first representative to the United States. The three described what they thought would be the political situation after the fall of Saddam Hussein. During their conversation with the President, Galbraith claims, it became apparent to them that Bush was unfamiliar with the distinction between Sunnis and Shiites.

1. this dumbfuck pResident wasn't installed because of his IQ
He was pliable and stupid, perfect for the corporate greed bosses (chinney etal) to manipulate. I laugh every time I see this idiot salute the marines guarding his helicopter because his AWOL last year and a half of service was so covered up by his pappy. I also think that he must know down deep that he is not in the office due to his brilliance; he seems to not care one whit about being prepared for any international action. It wouldn't surprise me that he is actually drunk most of the time, escaping his realization of his own lack of character.
We are so fucked...

2. well, we know condi knew nothing about the region.
she was still looking for communists in the USSR and the Middle East was just a region that wasn't the west to her.

Poppy told him he needed an exit strategy, maybe he should have told him that he needed to know the frig what he was doing before he acted, but he would have ignored that advice too.

3. The 'adults' they put in charge are developmentally disabled.
Rove promised that the 'adults' would be in charge if * was elected. But he didn't say the 'adults' would have good sense.
