n Fiction: President Bush doesn't care about "minorities."

n Facts: This president has paid special attention to that 1 percent of the 1 percent of American "elites." You know, that small "minority" whose financial assets totaled $33.3 trillion in 2005, increasing 8.5 percent from 2004.

Bush's quest to level the playing field for those 85,000 Americans with individual assets of more than $30 million resulted in tax cuts that increased this "minority's'" net worth by a whopping 10.2 percent.

The president believes in welfare for the needy. Look at his $200 million tax credits for big oil -- because they just can't seem to make ends meet.

n Fiction: The president is an underachiever.

n Facts: What other president has consistently broken records like the May trade deficit that leapt to $63.8 billion?

In 2000, America had a $236 billion surplus. In 2004 under George W., we had a historical all-time high federal budget deficit of $412.7 billion.

With Bush, 1.3 million more Americans live in poverty and 1.4 million more are uninsured.

What about that $592 million, 104-acre American Embassy being constructed in Iraq, which will be the largest embassy in the world. Does this sound like the work of an "underachiever?
