The Western White House sure is full of itself
So sayeth Lord Snow-

White House spokesman Tony Snow has said that neither Bush nor his staff plan to meet with Sheehan.

"I would advise her to bring water, Gatorade or both," Snow said when asked about Sheehan during a press briefing Friday. "Honestly, when you're talking about the kind of issues that we're talking about, Cindy Sheehan hasn't risen to the level of staff meetings at this point."

14. "Prairie" or "Prayery"?
These ditzes are probably enacting some kind of "end times" ritual.

2. A grieving war mom isn't even the tiniest blip on their radar screen.
Her son was less than cannon fodder to Bush, if that's possible. And, hey, Cindy, don't go selling that coin he gave you on eBay.

3. Snow's remarks are a slap in the face to every life sacrified in...
this war with Iraq. They (the administration) are completely incapable of human emotion. El presidente is afraid of Cindy or he would speak to her and make it a non-event in quick order....and/or turn it around and make it a photo-op. Who do they think they are kidding?

5. And the media don't seem to be bothered by this.
Sometimes I find it so hard to believe that this is our country, and that things have sunk so low that even this sort of appalling callousness is not shocking, or disturbing to anyone in the media.
