Pick any criminal. Murderer, bank robber, embezzler, kidnapper, extortionist, con artist, psychopath, etc. Put them in the white house and give them all the authority that any president has.

I will guarantee you....they will do less damage, even as they are lining their own pockets with bribes and thievery.
