I, for one, don't see any difference between right-wing Jesus freaks and the Taliban. Or perhaps I should say the Republican, pseudo-Christian organizations who use and abuse their brain-dead Jesus-freak followers.

Anyhow, give the Rude Pundit a read. The daily fliers (including prayer instructions) he's been receiving from the Family Research Council will make you barf.

Why doesn't a normal Christian start a group to speak out against the right wing NUTS. IMHO, it's the same thing as the Muslims who don't speak out against their NUTS.

But everyone on the left, regardless of religious or non religious back ground, has to start picketing these creeps. I tried doing it myself but I got squashed. Now imagine if the 80 thousand of DU'ers here would laucn a protest against the right wing policy makers of the church. That's the only way to stop a bully after all.
