India and China will launch highly publicized competing manned misions to Pluto, but another cooperative mission launched by Venezuela, Brazil, Cuba, France, Norway, Kenya, and Japan will arrive first after a daring (and some would say foolish) act of interplanetary navigation. A little known linguist/biologist born in the Amazon wilderness will make first contact with the aliens.

There have been far greater challenges to the constiution than we are experiencing now...as bad as Bush is. Nullification, Civil War, Depression, Watergate...our Constitution is more than up to the challenge of the Bush cabal!!!
