My guess is that they've got the cooperation of their ISP - until testimony under oath comes along.

As someone on National Review (!) pointed out earlier:

That's what I think happened. A last-minute diversion to make people think that Lamont is a 'crazy liberal.'
He may get some mileage out of it in the general, too.
