Here's your chance to give every right wing commentator apoplexy
Send some cash to Jonathon Tasini. He's anti-war, for Fair Trade and has a plan for universal health care.(www.tasinifornewyork.org) If he gets enough cash to let people know he exists, he becomes a real threat to Hillary Clinton in the New York State Primary September 12. The right wingers won't know what to do; support Hillary or support the anti-war candidate!

1. Hillary will easily win her primary.
She is not as polorizing in NY as Joe has been in CT.

4. No fan of Hillary
and support Tasini but the best that can be hoped for is that he takes a big enough bite out of her vote to make her know we are here. Hillary is not nomojoe.

3. Nah, I think "we" made our point.
Some states, perhaps New York, aren't quite as liberal, and a tough primary run for a Democratic incumbent may damage our candidate, financially and otherwise, enough for the Republican to win.

5. So you're saying that Hillary is our candidate for 2008?
I beg to differ. At least I want to have a race for the nomination with an honest airing of what each candiddate stands for. No more coronations!

6. 2008?
I thought we were talking about 2006. Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

7. The word here is that Hillary is sitting on a war chest and will
start her campaign for 2008 the day after the November election. If we don't start talking about 2008 now, the primaries that year will be a coronation, not a selection.

8. Al Gore or John Edwards for Pres... Barbara Boxer or Obama for VP.
I can't really put my finger on why I'm not a big Hillary fan. It may be the polarization thing... I just don't know.
