Poll question: What do you fear more? |

I suggest we concentrate our government powers and money on the things that could really effect us, rather than a threat that kills fewer people then accidents with common household items.

1. I am concerned about several of those things, but the one that hits ... |
|
... home is the health insurance. I did not have it for a long time and what I have is limited, so it is the only one that causes a gut feeling of fear.

4. It's interesting but Usama ranked near the bottom with me |

I would place it with the threat of being eaten by a shark or being kidnapped in ARUBA. Interesting that those are the three things that FOX news reports on the most.

From this list though, healthcare. My parents had to file bankruptcy last year (thank god it was before the dreaded corporate-friendly bankruptcy bill) because of all these damned medical bills. I know family and friends who are not even covered and are scared of going to the hospital when they start coughing because "it doesn't pay to get sick". What happens when that cough turns into something serious? This is not good...
