Where in the HELL is the backlash from the Impeachment Poll? |
|
MSNBC STILL has the damn thing up, 300K+ votes showing 86% "Impeach the President,"
SO WHERE THE FUCK IS THE SCREAMING?
WHERE are the pundits trying to make a buck off of this like they did off a certain "blue dress?"
I am so tired of living in "Bizzaro World."

5. No offense, but WHO CARES? |
|
A 4 question "push poll" designed to support Bush gets 275K+ responses to the ONE anti-Bush Selection.
HELLO?
This should have been a walkaway for Bush. It wasn't. It was a LANDSLIDE for IMPEACHMENT. This should have drawn Bush supporters like flies to shit. It didn't.
This was an enormous backfire. Scientific, my ass.

But 300,000+ responses? To a 1 of 4 push poll that was an obvious Birthday Card for THE PIG BUSH?
THAT is significant no matter HOW you slice it.

33. having more respondents doesn't make it any more reliable |
|
What makes a poll reliable is the manner in which the respondents are chosen, not the number of them. If a sample is biased, making it larger doesn't remove the bias.

I used Six Sigma/MINITAB on this, and it looks significant to ME.
You can't "FREEP" 300K 1 of 4 responses. It's ridiculous.

It's an unscientific poll. I know you want it to be meaningful, but it isn't.
Scientific polling, from what I've seen, puts the number who support impeachment somewhere above 40% but less than 50%. Those are meaningful numbers, assuming the polls were done correctly. This poll is meaningless.
Come on. Get a grip.

4. Nobody in Power is leading the charge, just us lefties |
|
that's why there is no screaming. Also, if you check out the Nation, where they tell us how 90% of the media is owned by 10 companies, that might tell us something. It is just amazing how reviled this president and this administration is around the world. and yet here in Amerikkka, the MSM treats him like freaking royalty, and still gives him "presidential" press, when he acts like a fourth rate dictator.
My local paper, the Seattle PI, actually ran a front page story last week saying over 50% of Americans thought Iraq had WMDs. Even though that has been proven false over and over and over. Something fishy there...   :eyes: :scared:
Rush Limbaugh was right. There is a bias in the Media. It's a neo-con bias led by our friends at PNAC!

Lightweight cherry. They swing FAST and bruise large areas. I was lucky...I fell to the ground and took most of it in the thigh and upper arms; a shot to the fore arm or a rib would have broken a bone.
All this time the SOB was swearing his head off, screaming.

These guys were really going at it with the teargas and the rubber bullets. They also arrested a bunch of people whom they kept in a local jail for a few days without allowing them to take a shower more that two at a time and denying tampons to a women who was having her period. I'm very aware that not all cops are asshole, but it seems that they are not immune to mob mentality either.

That one was the first demonstration where I was SERIOUS about it.
It took a previous sit in at City Hall watching others get hit and gassed to make me realize that Gandhi was right and you had to stop the machine by sticking your hand in the gears if necessary.
It makes me PHYSICALLY ILL that I now have to eat shit by the shovel in CORPORATE AMERIKKKA making CARS to get my children and wife healthcare, and feed and clothe them.
Payback for past life sins, I guess.

To REST is to LOSE.
The Day The Nazi Died Chumbawamba
we're taught that after the war the nazis vanished without a trace but batallions of fascists still dream of a master race the history books they tell of their defeat in 45 why did they all come out of the woodwork on the day the nazi died
they say the prisoner of spandau was a symbol of defeat whilst hess remained imprisoned then the fascists they were beat so the promise of an aryan world would never materialize so why did they all come out of the woodwork on the day the nazi died
the world is ridden by maggots the maggots are getting fat they're making a tasty meal of all the bosses and bureacrats they're taking over the board rooms and they're fat and full of pride and they all came out of the woodwork on the day the nazi died
so if you meet with these historians i'll tell you what to say tell them that the nazis never really went away they're out there burning houses down and they're peddling racist lies and we'll never rest again until every nazi dies

As stated above, a 5K response on a poll, ignore it.
A 300K 86% response on a 1 of 4 "push poll" is statistically significant. I used MINITAB. I do Six Sigma.

The point still stands. Politicians won't act on an online poll result, because they're just too easy to debunk.
If impeachment is to be the order of the day, an online MSNBC poll isn't going to be what gets it going. IMO, anyway.
