Spoke to a staffer, POLITELY expressed my opinion that, as a registered Democrat since 1971, I felt that Sen. Lieberman, since he has declared he will run AGAINST a Democrat, should be immediately stripped of all privileges related to belonging to the Democratic Party.

I think a lot of these guys hear from out-of-staters and think "What does a guy from Deluthe care about Lieberman. I thought that it might help pointing out that I am one of the voters who helped removed Joe, and I want that vote to mean more than some sensational headlines.

Registered Dem since 1975 and since Joe is running against the Democratic nominee as an Independent I feel he should be removed immediately from his position oncommittee for Homeland Security, Armed Services, Environments & Public Works, and Small Businesses.

I was also very polite and the staffer did not sound at all suprised by my comments. Me guesses she is hearing a LOT about this!

I specifically mentioned committees, and stressed that anyone not running as a Democrat and in fact running AGAINST a Democrat and thereby jeopardizing an election victory was no better than a Republican.
