Chris Dodd is going to support Lamont! |
|
Lieberman's best buddy in his state. The only people left to support Lieberman are Republicans.

If he drops out quickly, no real grudges.
Except about that Iraq thing. :grr: :nuke:

What are they going to do? Tell the CT Democratic primary voters they don't count?

9. Every elected Dem has to do this |
|
None of them want the Party apparatus to turn on them after a primary victory. The precedent would be nightmarish.
I still think Lieberman is going to win in the general.

imate Ned. He came from way behind in 6 months and has a lot of support in CT.
Lieberman might win the Repug votes---it will be a close election if Joe stays in.

27. Lieberman...but I did think he was vulnerable |
|
And this proves that if all the progressive media and progressive activists unite and focus all their energies on one primary, they can win. It's impressive.
But I'm not sure those same forces and tip a three way general election.
And I'm certainly not sure that it's the best use of resources.

apparatus. Without the endorsements, money, and machinery of the Democratic Party, that may be all she wrote for Ol' Joe.

I was not rude but I might of mentioned how the "left Fringe" party would like to see the support for Lamont reflected for the 2006 Primary, unless of course Senator Schumer didn't want to support the Duly Elected Democratic Primary winner?
