If Lieberman were to win as Independent, he could switch to Repub Party..? |
He could say that he could no longer feel at home with the Democratic Party. Since none of his fellow Senators supported him in his run for Independent candidate, he would no longer feel welcome. He could finally go home to the Republican Party. This is something Democrats should think about before they cast their vote for Holy Joe once again.

1. He has proved he is in it for himself if he wins and repubs take |
congress they will put a lot of pressure on him to become a republican or caucus with them--and in return give him a committee chairmanship and I bet he would jump at it.

2. I doubt he would go GOP |
He may support some of their issues, but not that many. He lost because he was willing to cut that smirking fascist moron some slack, something I will never understand. If there has ever been a clearly evil empire in U.S. politics, it is today.

4. He's sworn up and down that he'll always be a Democrat. |
Except when he's an independent, of course.
