Thank you Osama old buddy...
Dear Osama,
I just wanted to drop you a quick line to express my gratitude for your most recent tape. It could not have come a better time for me. With scandals erupting all around me, my approval in the tank, and the possibility that in spite of party dominance of all three branches of government, and the media, I may soon face impeachment, yours was a welcome voice of fear. This is welcome boon to me, as we both know without a shadowy enemy like you to scare the shit out of timid Americans, I couldn't have ever been re-elected.

Also, as per our agreement, please hold the next attack until the impeachment process is imminent. My office will contact you as soon as it is necessary. Are we agreed the target is San Francisco? It makes the most sense for both of us, after all. Dead liberals can't vote, so I'm happy, and dead Americans can't kill muslims, so you're happy. Plus I will have the added benefit of using the attack to destroy Bill O'Reilly, for the comments he made. His usefulness has worn out for us, and attacking him will give my administration the illusion of integrity. We will be sacrificing several low ranking members of congress as well, for the same reason. We will be sure that only those members that would potentially cause problems for our agenda will be indicted and removed, and those that support the program will replace them.

So thanks, and keep up the good work! I'm confident if we both work together, our positions of power and dominance over the sheep we lead into degradation and death will be secure for many more years.

Very Truly Yours,
GW

P.S. Can you please give us another #3 man to capture? We've only got 5 or 6 so far, and we could use the victory. Please pick a western-looking one, would you? I get a better fear value from the public here with someone who looks like they could be a neighbor. And it will help to justify my wiretapping.

5. He invited the "terraists" to attack San Francisco
...specifically the COIT tower. If I remember correctly, Billy was upset because SF didn't want to endorse the "Patriot" Act or something like that.

Add this on to Jeb Bush's "joke" that San Franciscans were "an endangered species" from early 2004, and a staged attack on the Bay Area seems likely.

6. Thanks! :-) He said if Al Queida attacked SF, fine...
because SF had passed a ban on recruiting.

"And if Al Qaeda comes in here and blows you up, we're not going to do anything about it. We're going to say, look, every other place in America is off limits to you, except San Francisco. You want to blow up the Coit Tower? Go ahead."

8. And now B.L. attacks the city that is most liberal. That
doesn't seem very strategic.

11. That's just my point
Namely that OBL and GW have need of each other. I think both of them pray that the other remains right where he is. It's just too perfect. They give each other the perfect recruiting tools to work with. No Osama=why do we need the patriot act? why spy on americans? why give the pres the authority to break laws as he sees fit? No Bush= why should we blow ourselves up? Going after SF, from Osama's perspestive, means attacking the decadence of the west. Great propaganda for his side. And Pat Robertson will soon chime in that it's because of the grave affront to god of allowing homosexuality. And if the wiretapping had not been revealed, we could have likely prevented it. See how it works?

2. P.S. Patriot Act is due for a vote next week, so, I owe ya!
Fresh message from True Majority
http://action.truemajority.org/campaign/patriotact_team
As you know, the "USA Patriot Act", enacted in a rush after the 9/11 attacks, gives the Administration sweeping new powers to secretly search Americans' homes, to know what books we’re reading, and much more. And late last year your calls and messages to Congress helped stop a powerful push by the Administration and congressional leaders to make most of those changes to our liberties permanent.
The Patriot Act is coming back next week. The temporary extension to the act which Congress passed last month is about to run out, and moves will once more be afoot to set these sweeping government powers in stone.

7. Yeah I thought along those lines too.....
We need an independent authenticator/translator before the CIA can do their work. As smart as Bin Laden is supposed to be he sure does have the stupid habit of helping the Bush Administration. Has Bin Laden ever directed tapes like these to other coutries? Like to know how Al Jz got the tapes too?
