Prediction: By Next Monday You'll Never Hear Lieberman's Name Again |
|
Let a storm pop up or a bomb go off in any city in the world and you will have heard the very last of old Joe.

But unlikely. For one thing too many people have invested too much into this story (including some big names like President Bush and Hillary Clinton) for it to be permenantly let go. Bryant Check it out --> http://politicalcomment.blogspot.com

"Joementum" and "DLC-itis" have been among the most corrosive diseases DU has dealt with. The sooner that political brontosaurus has gone to the Old Dinosaurs' Retirement Home, the better.
--p! Yes, I know it's really an Apatosaurus. It's a metaphor, fer cryin' out loud!

4. I will take the other side of that bet! |

Not that I really want to hear more about him but given the MSM loves Lieberman. In fact in January 2007 he will probably have his own slot on Faux News. I'm thinking "Hannity & Joe"

5. Not if he keeps making noises |
|
useful to Republicans and the MSM. He's essentially running a Republican campaign, railing against a faction of the Democratic party he doesn't like. I agree that the novelty of Joe will diminish for a while, but as November approaches and Joe and the Repubs continue to nationalize the CT election, he'll get plenty of media coverage.

6. Rove already called & said the big boss will help. |

The Republicans are going to be funding Joe's campaign.
After all, anything to ensure the people's choice doesn't win...
I do predict that Lieberman's well-funded "independent" political machine will spew out one of the nastiest, most negative, completely vile smear campaigns in history.

7. Except for the weekly, then monthly, then bimonthly, then quarterly |
|
then semiannual, then annual retrospectives on CNN and FOX of what a sore loser he has been. And then that will be generalized to all Democrats.

Next story please.
I will add that we owe this true voting outcome to a non-diabold system. Otherwise, he'd be standing tall.
