Let's list "Republicans for Joe". I'll start!
I haven't found one anywhere else, so we need to start a list of "Republicans for Joe" because there are so damn many of them. It bears noting that while Joe Lieberman was quick to repeatedly agree to appear on numerous Fox News shows, he had to think twice and refused to appear on Democratic shows and radio programs (like Al Franken). Can't imagine why (sarcasm).

I'll start the list:

Sean Hannity - Publicly endorsed Lieberman on his show and organized a fund-raiser in CT (link)

Ann Coulter - "He needs to just come on over (to our side)." (link)

Bill Kristol - "Is it too soon to consider him for the Republican Vice Presidential nomination in 2008?" (link)

Karl Rove - "Whatever we can do, we will do (for Lieberman)." (link)

Tony Snow - "A vote for Lamont is a vote for another 9/11." (link)

---------------------------
Please include a link if possible so the endorsement can be verified. :)

1. hannity has already backstabbed joe
"Hannity on talk show a while ago, saying WHY would any Republican vote for Joe Lieberman, a man who is bragging he voted Liberal 90% of the time. He is castigating any Republican who would do so! This idiot just asking Joe a month ago how he could HELP him!"

10. Joe over the (R)?
Despite "the kiss", GWB has not come out and publicly endorsed Joe over the Republican candidate for Senator in Connecticut.

12. Jeff Gannon too!
Thanks to "Jesus General", we find out:

James Guckert (aka Neo-Conservative male prostitute reporter Jeff Gannon) - "(JFK would) more than likely be sickened by its treatment of Sen. Joe Lieberman, one of the few in his party who takes the threat of Islamofacism seriously." - (link)

13. Cheney, Mehlman and Puffy McMoonface
The administration, on the other hand, can't stop gushing over Lieberman. Vice President Cheney called him "a fine U.S. senator," and Republican National Committee Chairman Ken Mehlman contrasted him with his "retreat and defeat" Democratic colleagues. White House spokesman Scott McClellan cited Lieberman, the Democrats' 2000 vice presidential nominee, as an exception in a party otherwise "trying to score political points off the situation."

14. Add "New Republic" Magazine to list.
Edited on Wed Aug-09-06 04:35 PM by Mugsy
"New Republic" does "The National Review's" editor Bill Kristol a step further by publicly endorsing Lieberman:

16. O'Reilly: According to HuffPost
According to the "Huffington Post", Bill O'Reilly gave his endorsement of Joe as well:

(And I'm trying to verify if Fox News Prez Roger Ailes gave Joe his thumbs up). Can anyone confirm?
