Bill Clinton nearly carried CT for Lieberman |
|
A week before the election Lamont had a 13-point lead. But according to Quinnipiac Poll it closed to six -points the day before the primary. A CBS News exit poll says that among primary voters who made up their minds in the last week--they chose Lieberman by a 54-44 percent margin over Lamont. My feeling is that the Bill Clinton appearance was well timed and contributed greatly to Lieberman's comeback in the last week of the primary.
Now, I hope that a week before the election this November that Bill will pay another visit for a Lamont for Senate Rally.

1. I'm pretty damn tired of Bill. Hanging with Poppy and supporting |

Liebermann.
But then again I never did think he was everything a lot of people thought him to be in the first place.
Was his term a good term. Yes. Was it all his doing? Hell no. He was lucky to be in the White House during the dot.com bubble.
Did he do us any favors? No. We will never have a strong middle class again thanks to Bill and NAFTA.
Would I rather have him than a republican? Any day.

2. I'll be stunned if he doesn't |

I'm fully expecting him to call for Joe to withdraw.
