Bin Laden is trying to help Bush!
Edited on Thu Jan-19-06 05:52 PM by Ignacio Upton
Don't think for a second that Osama is not trying to play games with us. He KNOWS that this war benefits him and Al Zarqawi. He KNOWS that Bush's alienation of the rest of the world is good for business. Also, don't think that if we act on his "truce" that will not still attack us. He was attacking us when Clinton was still President, and attacked us on 9/11, before Bush really had the chance to piss off much of the world. I find it too convenient that Bin Laden is repeating GOP memes. Oh wait....isn't the GOP his horse in this race?

1. They both want a Holy War for power and profit for their families.

5. This quote from Bin Laden shows that Iraq was a mistake:
Edited on Thu Jan-19-06 05:53 PM by Ignacio Upton
"Iraq has become a magnet for attracting and training talented fighters."

http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/01/19/binladen.tape/index.html

Like I said, Iraq is good business for him, and he is adroit in following U.S. politics, in trying to "co-opt" withdrawal. He knows that he can hurt Murtha or Feingold by doing this.

6. Perhaps UBL doesn't care about bush. Perhaps this is all real
and is completely misunderstood, and again, the government is totally ineffective about doing anything about it, while they engage in a senseless occupation of Iraq.

7. This benefits the Saudis. Don't believe what they say, but
what they do. Bush is in the Saudis hip pocket and Osama is one of their operatives. As long as Bush jumps through the right hoops, the Saudis keep OBL in his cave. When Bush gets into trouble, OBL makes a threat. He's still protected by Bush and the Saudis.

It keeps Bush in the presidency because we're all so skeered. They want to destabilize Iran and thereby Israel and take over the Middle East. And how much better to do it than with the biggest military in the world, our American one. Look at the big picture.

And speaking of pictures, don't forget the handholding and kissing ones with Bush and the Saudi princes on American soil. This was a message to the world as to whom Bush's real king is.
