12. Potential Presidency Ending Scandals?

I'm more thinking of scandals with the potential to topple a less totalitarian administration. This administration has managed to maneuver every one of these virtually unscathed thanks to Rove & Co.

Ones that SHOULD have sealed his fate:

No WMDs
Abu Graib
Ken Lay

Valerie Plame
Wiretapping
Katrina (would have sunk him IMO if it had happened BEFORE the 04 election)
Downing Street Memos
Secret Prisons ("Black Sites")

The fact that he has gotten away with all of those is proof that this country is fucked.
