It's impossible to overstate my disappointment with CNN's recent hire of Glenn Beck as a commentator. A transcript of his January 10th radio program featured Beck referring to anti-war protester Cindy Sheehan "a pretty big prostitute" and a "tragedy pimp". How can you give such a hate-filled, divisive person, this Limbaugh wannabe, a national forum at this critical time in our nation's history?

I am a Mother of a soldier now in Tikrit. I sympathize with Cindy Sheehan, she is only doing what she can to make up for the loss of her son. I hope and pray that my son will not be counted as a US casualty.

Having said this, I don't understand how you can allow Glen Beck to besmirch and demean anyone, especially a Mom of a soldier. We have given the US the biggest gift of all, our child. That is not to be taken lightly. Ever, our children!! Our babies!! Make Mr. Beck understand what we give and what we lose.
