to compare members of one political party with terrorists and enemies of the state, you know that we have entered a period of one party domination. This line wasn't pushed just by Matthews, but Scarb%^$%^ and some others as well (I believe he outright compared the tape to statements made by Dean, Kerry, and others). And I fear, contrary to the optimism some feel, that we won't make many gains in congress this year.

This kind of thing should not be taken lightly. It is very disturbing. If Dems don't reply swiftly, they are furthering their own demise.
