Just got a strange phone call. Caller ID said U.S. Government
number 570 830 3200. Lady asks for somebody named Williams, I say sorry you have wrong number. She says is this 918-46x-xxxx (our number) I said yes it is, she says okay and hangs up. Googled the number, no result but 570 is Scranton, PA area...we don't have any connection with that part of the world. I dialled the number back and no answer. dunno wtf this is.

1. There is a big
Army depot in Tobyhanna, which has that area code. Maybe a wrong number from there?

3. Interesting
Maybe they were looking for someone who used to live there? Or they got one number wrong? We've had that happen before here.

8. I'm not worried, it just seemed odd she rattled off our number correctly,
we've had it for 12 years. Oh well...

17. Hubby got a strange phone call at work a few weeks back.
The person said they wanted to talk to me and said they were my doctor - wouldn't tell him why. The only thing was, it was a doctor from downstate at an OB/GYN practice that I have never ever gone to, not affiliated at all with the hospital I (or my docs) go to. I called my doc and asked if they had anything to do with that doc/practice and they said "no". Really wierd since they asked for me by name. We both work the same place, so I was only in the cubby next door.

And no, def. not an HIV type notification thing since I've been with one and only one guy my whole life. ;)
