Well, well, well..when it come to porn, Freakers aren't to keen on Govt
snooping.

"To: NormsRevenge
Absolutely right - the government seems to think they have a right to any and all data held by nongovernmental organizations. The allegation is not that they have done anything illigal - they just want to analyze Google's data to see who might have been doing something illegal.

This intrusion thing is a slippery slope. Enough already. Don't we have enough problems to work on? Spend the time fixing things in Iraq and with the deficit, and the hundred other things that are going wrong.

How does this type of thing make anyone more secure? It's a bunch of BS. I hope Google prevails. I'd side with the libertarian leaners on this issue."

"To: NormsRevenge
I very much hope this fails for the government. This is like a pre-cognitive crime. "If you don't have anything to hide, why were you searching for the words 'girls tight dresses pigtails', hmm?"

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wow! A Freaker using a word like "pre-cognitive". Will wonders never cease?

What do they have to hide?? I think all Freakers ought to voluntarily offer their internet search data to the government. If they are going to lead us to fascism, they might as well "lead by example".

11. I had freepers recently telling me
that they were ok with Bush's NSA snooping because only those with something to hide should care.

And the ones writing me had no problem with Bush having super-presidential powers.

These nuts can only focus on what Clinton did bad - Bush is still a saint to them.

15. Someone must be telling them that.
I had a particulary dimwitted co-worker (whom I ACTUALLY like) say the SAME THING yesterday.

"If you're not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about".

WTF? I told him that that was THE most un-American thing I had EVER heard.
Then I asked him if he thought it was OK that Hoover spied on, then blackmailed MLK.
He's rethinking the situation now.

6. "One-Handed Keyboard Commandos"
It's like anything else. It's great, legal, and even funny as long as they are not the one having the cops shove a broomstick up their asses, but the minute you threaten to take away their porn..then the govt has gone too far.

8. I was thinking about this on my way home from work.
I was listening to The Young Turks. I thought..."bring it on." Get those Google records. Bet those phoney Christians have plenty to hide when it comes to Internet porn. They will be up in arms over this...you know it's always the Jimmy Swaggert types that get the "freakiest."

So, part of me says.....Bring it the fuck on. Let's see what EVERYONE is looking at.

12. Actually, since the Gov't probably *really* isn't looking for porn
searches, but rather anything that points to dissidence or searches for incriminating NeoCon info, the freepers probably have nothing to fear. They probably never search for anything of substance anyhow.

13. "Spend the time fixing things in Iraq..." ????
"...and the hundred other things that are going wrong." Double-????

What the hell are they talking about? Things wrong in Iraq? I thought things are going swimmingly over there! And the hundred other things? I thought the only thing wrong over here was all clinton's fault, and their guy was moving swiftly and intelligently fixin' them up, all the while clearly articulating his goals.
