PA police: Be 'scouts' against terrorism; seek 'medium-complected men' OMG

I feel like I'm through the looking glass this morning, people! PA state police want us looking for "groups of medium-complected men in the woods" and reporting them! They want us to work as "scouts against terrorism." I feel like I'm losing my mind!!!

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA - Fearing a terrorist attack in Pennsylvania, state police are urging residents to be vigilant and report suspicious activity through a toll-free tipline. "Be vigilant," said state police Capt. John W. Laufer III.... "Like in Britain, terrorists could be living among us."

... Despite the lack of a specific threat against Pennsylvania, state Homeland Security Director Jim Powers urged residents to call the terrorism tipline with even seemingly innocuous information. "Someone, for example, may see a group of medium-complected men in the woods and take down their vehicle license plate," Powers said. "That should be called in because we could link the information to another spotting and identify a trend."

"...Pennsylvania has about 12 million residents, and each of them can take part as a scout in identifying suspicious activity," he said.

... "We would never use psychological operations to make people more uncomfortable," he said. "Skeptics should look at this information the same way as if a house on their street was on fire and the wind was blowing toward them. ... They wouldn't want us holding off telling them until the flames were licking the home next door."

Should I go find some trees and start looking around? Also, what if I see one medium-complected man, but not a group? Should I still get his license plate number? Also, what about a group of medium-complected women? Should I be scared, or not?

I wish the state police would be a little more specific when they issue these alerts. :eyes:

My daughter's husband. They live in the woods. He's swarthy, and kinda brown. I should call and tell him not to have his swarthy friends out this weekend.

Do "Islamo-fascists" have tattoos? I don't know that I've ever seen a "terrist" on teevee with a tattoo. Maybe it's forbidden in the Koran, but it would help them blend in. Look for swarthy, brown men in tattoo parlors.
