I can't imagine that one in three people really think he's doing a good job at this point.

and 36% is the best Faux can muster up for their boy? Not good news for the Bushies. The mid-terms are looming. Expect more "terra, terra, terra".

I know some of them usually have him a bit higher than what's real! I'm happy to hear 33%, but I'd love to hear he was REALLY lower than that!

25. The terror trick doesn't work anymore--only emphasizes *'s incompetence |
|
even more... I mean, here we still have this great big terror threat--yet, this is the same man who wanted to sell our ports to the UAE. This is the same man who has done nothing to seal our borders. If he really thinks terrorism plots will help his poll ratings he really is in for a major surprise.

33. I believe you're correct |
|
the Bushies are on a teeter totter now with the "terra" scare your pants off stuff. The more they bring up "you're all gonna die!" the more it emphasizes that the Iraq war ain't workin' to rid the world of "terra". Of course this is a complex issue. But the Bushian followers aren't complex. That's why you'd hear people disagree with every single one of Bush's election year points on abortion or stem cells, etc....but say they'd vote for him "because of his stand against terrorists". Well, guess what? We've got a bigger terrorist problem now than we did before. And, finally, the Bushie policies are starting to get scrunity from the average American. They're starting to see what we've seen all along. You don't fight "terra" by creating more terrorists with your "bring it on!" mentality.
