Actually, I think they are one and the same. Anyway, my 76 year old dad and I have breakfast every week and we discuss things like sports, our life happenings, and yes, politics. He is, was, and always will be a Democrat and has passed that along to his children. But he was telling me the other day that he thinks he is going to quit watching CNN so much because he's getting scary dreams about terrorists hitting elderly people and so on. He says that he has been watching CNN for years (he has) and now he just can't do it anymore. He said he tried Fox, but couldn't stomach it and besides that, my mom won't let him watch that nonsense. He also said that MSNBC is ok, but sometimes they scare him too. Now this is a man who raised us to basically be unafraid to make a stand when needed, to fight back if necessary, to never ever be afraid of who or what we are. My dad is getting older, true, but there is no fucking way that anyone has a right to scare him, or anyone else for that matter. But neocons, your little trick is gonna backfire, he is still voting Democrat this year and every election until he dies. So I want to thank you because you are making a strong man weaker, but not weak enough to fall for your bullshit.

3. Yeah, all it takes is a Tweety repeating over and over again on

his show tonight (paraphrasing) "Nine or ten airplanes blowing up and then slowly falling down into the sea - giving the passengers several minutes to contemplate their deaths." Actually asked one of tonight's guests if she thought anyone would want to see that. God damn, he is completely stupid. God damn him. Keith Olbermann is the only in on any of those channels that I can handle, the rest of them are right wingers. Seriously though, on second thought, is there anyone or any program on any of those channels who is fair, or at least not biased in favor of the neo-cons, who have so severely tilted our country to the right???
